Lucy's Listings Terms of Service Effective Date: 08/02/2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lucy's Listings, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by CampusBulletins, doing business as Lucy's Listings (“Lucy's Listings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Service, creating an account, posting a listing, contacting another user, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You meet these eligibility requirements
• The information you provide is accurate and current
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law; and

You will use the Service only for lawful purposes. Organizations and businesses may use the Service only through an authorized representative who has authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. What Lucy's Listings Provides

Lucy's Listings provides an online platform where users may post, browse, and respond to listings, including listings for goods, services, housing, rentals, subleases, roommates, and other lawful opportunities. Lucy's Listings is only a venue connecting users. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we are not:

• A buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, property manager, broker, real-estate agent, employer, contractor, delivery provider, payment processor, insurer, or escrow service
• A party to any transaction, lease, sublease, agreement, meetup, delivery, or dispute between users
• Responsible for inspecting, possessing, storing, delivering, repairing, or guaranteeing anything listed through the Service; or

Responsible for conducting background checks or verifying a user’s identity, ownership, financial condition, qualifications, licensing, criminal history, or authority to complete a transaction. Users communicate, negotiate, meet, exchange property, make payments, sign agreements, and resolve disputes at their own risk.

3. Accounts and Account Security

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account
• All listings, communications, and activity conducted through your account; and

Promptly notifying us at support@lucyslistings.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, transfer your account without permission, or use another person’s account. We may require identity, contact, ownership, or eligibility verification. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, background check, or assurance that a user is trustworthy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your conduct and for every listing, statement, image, price, offer, agreement, meetup, delivery, payment, and transaction you participate in through the Service. You must:

• Accurately describe every listed item, service, property, or opportunity
• Disclose known defects, restrictions, fees, deposits, conditions, and material information
• Have the legal right and authority to post and transfer, rent, sublease, provide, or otherwise offer what you list
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, campus, licensing, tax, consumer-protection, housing, employment, zoning, safety, and other laws
• Obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, registrations, and approvals
• Independently evaluate other users and the legitimacy, condition, safety, legality, and value of each listing
• Inspect items and properties and review written agreements before paying or committing
• Pay any taxes, fees, permits, or other amounts for which you are legally responsible; and

Cooperate with reasonable investigations involving suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms. You may not falsely claim that Lucy's Listings has inspected, approved, certified, sponsored, guaranteed, or endorsed you or your listing.

5. Listing Standards

Listings must be truthful, specific, current, and placed in the appropriate category. A listing may not:

• Contain materially false, deceptive, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information
• Use manipulated or unrelated photographs to misrepresent what is offered
• Advertise an item or opportunity that is unavailable or that the user does not intend to provide
• Include hidden charges or misleading pricing
• Violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or property rights
• Contain malware, phishing links, deceptive redirects, or unauthorized advertising
• Collect personal information for an undisclosed or unlawful purpose
• Promote harassment, threats, exploitation, violence, fraud, or unlawful discrimination
• Reveal another person’s private information without authorization; or

Direct users toward an unlawful transaction. You must promptly edit or remove a listing when it is no longer accurate or available.

6. Prohibited Listings and Conduct

You may not use the Service to list, request, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, rent, exchange, or distribute anything prohibited by applicable law. Prohibited content and conduct include:

• Stolen, counterfeit, recalled, illegally obtained, or fraudulently represented property
• Illegal drugs, unlawfully distributed prescription medication, or drug-manufacturing materials
• Trafficking, prostitution, sexual exploitation, or services involving abuse or coercion
• Fraudulent financial schemes, money laundering, pyramid schemes, or deceptive investments
• Fake identification, stolen credentials, account access, or unauthorized personal data
• Illegal weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Products or services offered without a legally required license, registration, permit, or age verification
• Listings intended to evade taxes, leases, court orders, university rules, sanctions, or legal restrictions
• Academic cheating, forged records, or fraudulent credentials
• Harassment, hate-based conduct, threats, stalking, or exploitation
• Animal sales, employment offers, housing opportunities, or other transactions that violate applicable law; and

Any attempt to assist another person in violating these Terms. Some items may be legal in one location but illegal or regulated elsewhere. The person posting and the person completing the transaction are each responsible for determining whether the listing and transaction are lawful. Lucy's Listings may prohibit or restrict an otherwise lawful category when we believe it presents safety, fraud, compliance, reputational, or operational risks.

7. Housing, Rental, Sublease, and Roommate Listings

Housing users bear additional responsibilities. By posting a housing-related listing, you represent that:

• You are the owner, authorized manager, tenant, or other person legally permitted to advertise the property or space
• The listing complies with your lease, sublease, condominium, homeowners’ association, landlord, mortgage, and occupancy requirements
• You have obtained any required landlord, property-manager, owner, or governmental approval
• The property may lawfully be rented, occupied, assigned, or subleased as described
• The stated rent, deposits, fees, utilities, availability dates, occupancy limits, and material conditions are accurate; and

You will comply with applicable fair-housing, landlord-tenant, zoning, licensing, safety, and habitability laws. Housing listings may not express or imply an unlawful preference, limitation, exclusion, or discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, disability, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. Lucy's Listings may apply a broader nondiscrimination policy than the minimum required by law. We may remove any housing listing that contains exclusionary, discriminatory, harassing, or potentially unlawful language. Lucy's Listings does not:

• Own, manage, inspect, approve, or certify listed properties
• Confirm property ownership or a user’s authority to rent or sublease
• Determine whether a property is safe, habitable, licensed, code-compliant, or legally available
• Review or prepare leases or subleases
• Collect rent or security deposits unless expressly stated through a separate service
• Screen tenants, landlords, roommates, or occupants; or

Guarantee that a housing listing, landlord, tenant, roommate, lease, sublease, or deposit is legitimate. Users should independently inspect the property, verify the identity and authority of the person offering it, review the controlling lease, and obtain written approval when required before sending money or moving in.

8. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lucy's Listings does not process, hold, insure, guarantee, refund, reverse, or supervise user payments. Users are solely responsible for agreeing on:

• Price
• Payment method
• Taxes and fees
• Deposits
• Refunds
• Returns
• Warranties
• Delivery
• Condition
• Ownership transfer; and

Written transaction terms. Do not send money, deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking credentials, verification codes, or sensitive financial information unless you have independently verified the other party and accept the associated risk. A disagreement between users does not make Lucy's Listings responsible for refunding either party or completing, cancelling, or enforcing their transaction.

9. Meetups, Pickup, and Delivery

Users arrange meetups, pickup, shipping, and delivery independently. Lucy's Listings does not supervise these interactions, provide transportation, insure property, or guarantee anyone’s personal safety. When meeting another user, you are responsible for selecting a safe location, protecting your property and personal information, inspecting the item, and deciding whether to proceed. Consider meeting in a populated public location, informing someone of your plans, avoiding unnecessary cash, and leaving immediately if the situation feels unsafe. You voluntarily assume the risks associated with communicating with, meeting, paying, delivering to, receiving property from, or entering into an agreement with another user.

10. User Content

“User Content” includes listings, photographs, videos, descriptions, messages, reviews, reports, profile information, and other material submitted through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Lucy's Listings a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, format, modify for technical or promotional purposes, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and improve the Service
• Display and promote your listing
• Prevent fraud and enforce these Terms
• Respond to legal requests; and

Market Lucy's Listings and its available listings. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, safety, fraud prevention, or enforcement. You represent that you own your User Content or have all permissions necessary to submit it and grant this license.

11. Moderation and Enforcement

Lucy's Listings may, but is not required to, review, investigate, reject, edit, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose listings, accounts, or User Content. We may take action when we reasonably believe that content or conduct:

• Violates these Terms
• Violates applicable law
• Creates a safety or fraud risk
• Infringes another person’s rights
• Could expose users or Lucy's Listings to liability; or

Otherwise harms the Service or its community. Enforcement decisions may be based on reports, automated tools, available evidence, risk assessments, or our reasonable judgment. We do not guarantee that we will detect, investigate, remove, or prevent every prohibited listing or user.

12. Reporting Listings and Users

Users may report suspected fraud, discrimination, prohibited listings, intellectual-property violations, safety concerns, or other misconduct by contacting support via email at support@lucyslistings.com. Reports should include enough information for us to identify the listing or account and understand the concern. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular investigation, response, removal, refund, or outcome. Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may result in account restrictions. Emergencies and suspected crimes should be reported directly to the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement agency.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its name, logos, branding, interface, design, software, databases, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Lucy's Listings and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or permission to use Lucy's Listings’ branding except as necessary to use the Service normally. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, license, interfere with, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available at lucyslistings.com/privacy You may not collect, publish, sell, misuse, or retain another user’s personal information except as reasonably necessary to complete a lawful transaction with that user.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, payment services, maps, delivery providers, social-media platforms, or other services. Lucy's Listings does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, terms, practices, content, or conduct. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate your access, listings, or account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraud, illegal activity, or a safety threat
• Your conduct creates legal, financial, technical, or reputational risk
• We are required to do so by law; or

We discontinue the Service. Termination does not eliminate responsibilities or liabilities arising before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Lucy's Listings DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• USERS ARE WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE
• LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE, LEGAL, SAFE, AVAILABLE, OR AUTHENTIC
• ITEMS WILL FUNCTION OR MATCH THEIR DESCRIPTION
• PROPERTIES ARE SAFE, HABITABLE, AVAILABLE, OR LEGALLY RENTABLE
• USERS WILL COMPLETE TRANSACTIONS OR HONOR AGREEMENTS
• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; OR

DISPUTES, FRAUD, THEFT, INJURY, DISCRIMINATION, OR LOSS WILL NOT OCCUR. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lucy's Listings AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• THE SERVICE
• A LISTING
• USER CONTENT
• A TRANSACTION OR FAILED TRANSACTION
• A PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT
• HOUSING OR A HOUSING AGREEMENT
• A MEETUP, PICKUP, DELIVERY, OR SHIPMENT
• THE CONDUCT OF ANOTHER USER; OR

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO AN ACCOUNT OR INFORMATION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO Lucy's Listings DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucy's Listings and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content or listings
• Your transaction, housing arrangement, meetup, pickup, delivery, or agreement
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of another person’s rights; or

Your fraud, negligence, misconduct, or misrepresentation. We may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.

20. Disputes Between Users

Users are responsible for resolving their own disputes. Lucy's Listings may choose to provide information, preserve relevant records, remove content, restrict accounts, or assist an investigation, but we have no obligation to mediate, decide, or resolve a dispute. Nothing in these Terms requires Lucy's Listings to issue a refund, compensate a user, enforce an agreement, or recover property.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo, NM. You and Lucy's Listings consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to provide the other with written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution and to attempt in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or filing an eligible claim in small-claims court.

22. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method. The revised Terms will state their effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where applicable law requires additional consent, we will request it.

23. General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucy's Listings regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Service or our business. Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
