Accessibility Statement

Lucy's Listings Accessibility Statement Effective Date: August 2, 2026 Last Updated: August 2, 2026

Our Commitment

Lucy's Listings is committed to providing a digital marketplace that is accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Lucy's Listings is operated by CampusBulletins. We are continually working to improve the accessibility, usability, and inclusiveness of our website, mobile applications, and related digital services collectively referred to as the “Service.” Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. As the Service develops, we intend to consider accessibility when designing, developing, testing, and updating its features and content.

Accessibility Standard

We aim to make the Service reasonably accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA, commonly referred to as WCAG 2.2 AA. WCAG provides guidance for making digital content more:

Robust. Our reference to WCAG 2.2 AA describes our accessibility goal. It should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, feature, listing, document, or third-party integration currently fully conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion.

Accessibility Measures

As part of our accessibility efforts, Lucy's Listings may take measures such as:

Providing alternative assistance when a feature cannot immediately be made accessible. The measures used may change as the Service, available technologies, and accessibility practices evolve.

Marketplace and User-Generated Content

Lucy's Listings allows users to create listings, upload photographs, write descriptions, send messages, and provide other content. Because much of this content is created and submitted by users, we cannot guarantee that every user-generated listing, image, attachment, message, or linked resource will be fully accessible. Users who create listings are encouraged to:

Provide an accessible way for interested users to request additional information. We may remove, revise, or restrict content that interferes with the accessibility, security, or proper functioning of the Service when permitted by our Terms of Service.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some portions of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. Possible limitations may include:

New or experimental features that are still being evaluated. We do not intend for these limitations to prevent anyone from accessing our services. When we become aware of an accessibility problem, we will evaluate the issue and seek a reasonable solution based on its severity, available technology, and the resources required.

Third-Party Services

The Service may include or link to content and technologies controlled by third parties, including:

Websites linked within user listings. Lucy's Listings does not control the accessibility of independent third-party services. We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible experiences, but their services are governed by their own accessibility practices and policies. Please contact us when a third-party feature creates a barrier to using an important part of Lucy's Listings. We will consider whether an accessible alternative or other assistance can reasonably be provided.

Assistive Technology and Browser Compatibility

Lucy's Listings is intended to work with commonly used modern browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, keyboards, screen readers, voice-control tools, screen magnifiers, and other assistive technologies. Accessibility may be improved by:

Using the accessibility features available through your device. Because assistive technologies and browser configurations vary, we cannot guarantee identical performance with every combination of device, browser, operating system, and assistive technology.

Requesting Assistance

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from accessing a listing, creating an account, communicating with another user, reporting a concern, or using another important part of the Service, please contact us. We may be able to provide information or assistance through an alternative method, depending on the nature of the request. When contacting us, please include:

Your preferred method of contact. You are not required to disclose a diagnosis or provide unnecessary medical information to report an accessibility problem.

Accessibility Feedback

We welcome feedback from people with disabilities, assistive-technology users, accessibility professionals, and other members of our community. Accessibility questions, requests, or concerns may be submitted to:

Please use the subject line “Accessibility Request” when contacting us by email. We will review accessibility reports and make reasonable efforts to respond and address confirmed barriers. The time required to resolve an issue may depend on its complexity, the involvement of third-party technology, and the availability of an accessible alternative.

No Retaliation

Lucy's Listings will not knowingly retaliate against or deny equal service to a person for:

Exercising rights available under applicable disability-access laws.

Updates to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement as our Service, accessibility efforts, technologies, or legal obligations change. The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this statement identifies when it was most recently revised. Material accessibility concerns may also be addressed through updates to the Service, help resources, policies, or user instructions.
